The place was recently renovated and excellent value, no complaint, would be happy to recommend. Stunning and marvellous location in quiet area, met requirements. Besides, we were adjacent to Coutances and the train strike- buses.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast arrangements were fine, the machine for buying drinks was useful. there was ample parking, the location was quiet.
Only one chair in a room designed to sleep three people. There was no hair dryer in the room, nor the facilities to make tea or coffee, but the machine for buying drinks at reception compensated for this. Everyone in my party had great difficulty in finding the ETAP Hotel: much better directions are needed both in what can be downloaded from the internet, and in what is signposted in Coutances.

The staff were very obliging and the breakfast was very good. You can actually make an excellent cup of tea as a kettle was provided on the breakfast counter.

Loved indulging in the delicious local food and drink, while enjoying the peaceful terrace and garden. The buffet breakfast was a delightful way to start the day.
Just couldn't find enough time to explore every single feature the hotel had to offer, such a shame!
